Delete your account

You can delete your Vratka account and everything in it at any time, right from the app.

In the app

  1. Open Vratka and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete everything.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your account, sign-in details, orders, items, returns, claims, refunds, deadlines, reminders, all documents and original files (e-mails, receipts, photos, PDFs), your forwarding address, your calendar link and your push tokens. E-mails that arrive at the old forwarding address afterwards are rejected.

Usage records without content (for example which AI model read a document and what it cost) are unlinked from you and kept only as anonymous operating statistics.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Vratka Pro subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Can't open the app?

E-mail support@vratka.app from the address you signed in with (or include your forwarding address from Settings) and we will delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by e-mail.
